Kick Back. Crack Open. Chill.
A returning client had a wild idea—a non-alcoholic beer infused with hemp-based Delta-9 and CBD emulsions that actually tastes good, is gluten-free, and oozes vintage beer vibes. The kind of drink that makes you say, “This ain’t beer, but damn, it sure tastes like it.”
We dove deep into old-school beer can design, studying the visual language of throwback brews to bring that nostalgia to life. When it came to the name, Easy Man, one image felt just right—a recliner. The universal symbol of kicking back and taking it easy.

Familiar, but new.
For the packaging, we leaned into classic gold and red tones—a nod to vintage beer branding while also setting up the warm, toasted flavor of the Golden Pale Ale. The mix of typography adds to the packaging design feeling familiar but new. The cans look as smooth as the brew inside. Easy to drink. Easy to love. Easy, man.
Extension to Cartons
The carton carries large almost editorial images of the can itself and further builds out the vintage collectible beer can vibe. Banding the top of the carton to catch a consumer’s eye even through a fridge door, we designed a color band to quickly state what the product offers – “MICRODOSED CRAFT BREW INFUSED WITH THC”. Given that this product is sold in liquor stores in IL, it’s standing out against other Delta-9 Cannabis beverages, so setting up clear beer taste expectations helps the consumer. The glow behind the brand information adds another brand asset for the company to use.
